  • Signed Carrier Agreement

Please provide a Certificate of Insurance naming SOVEREIGN FREIGHT BROKERS INC. as the Certificate Holder and as also insured:

Required Coverage Includes

  • Auto Liability of $1,000,000 minimum coverage
  • Motor Truck Cargo of $100,000 minimum coverage

HOW TO GET PAID

  1. Proof of Delivery Bill of Lading(s) with signed delivery receipt and any lumper receipts
  2. Copy of signed Rate Confirmation Sheet
  3. Your Company’s invoice for freight services with Sovereign’s Load Number identified
  4. Preferred delivery method is digital copies emailed to cris@sovereignfreight.net
